• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your Arabic sweets, chocolates, or cakes arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your order.

• Kindly provide images of the damaged product and packaging for assessment.

• If the claim is verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
